Distribute information to potential buyers using my personal database of purchasers wanting me to find them a home. |

Have a permanent-type/post sign "For Sale" sign posted at your home. |

Coordinate showings of your home by other agents. |
|
 |
Solicit feedback from agents that show your home, provide feedback to you, and adjust our marketing plan when necessary. |

Distribute "Just Listed" postcards to neighbors. |
|
 |
Provide you copies of all advertising done on your home. |
|
 |
Review marketing activities with you on a periodic basis. |
|

Present and discuss with you, all offers on your home; advise you where necessary. |

Negotiate the transaction on your behalf using the years of experience I have. |

Finalize the sales contract with your best interests as my foremost consideration. |

Confirm that all contingencies (if any) on the contract are completed. |
